Some of our products are hand made to order, despatch times take around 10 working days.

Product Care

If you need to clean your product it is recommended to clean in cool water only, reshape and dry flat, Bandanas can be ironed on low on the reverse side of any tags or vinyl. Bows- the velcro will detach if bitten or pulled off by another dog, velcro comes long to fit all collar widths and can be trimmed to fit.

Human Apparel

  • Machine washable at 30 degrees
  • Dry flat, do not tumble dry.
  • Iron on low setting
  • Do Not iron on the transfer, iron inside out
  • Transfer suitable following this guide for 15 + washes. 

Refunds

Refunds will be accepted for faulty or low quality items you aren’t happy with if you return the product in original packaging, unused, not worn within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after the product is returned to us and the product has been inspected. Refunds are not accepted for incorrect sizing, it is the buyer’s responsibility to choose the correct size from our guide, or reach out to us for support with sizing prior to purchase. The buyer is responsible for their own return postage and ensuring the product reaches us, we recommend using a tracked service.

International postage

International shipping is available worldwide.

The Yorkshire Dog is not liable for any customs charges, charged to you by the receiving country that may be applicable in addition to the costs of shipping outside of the UK.

International customers, please include your email address to all orders so we can forward any information regarding customs charges that may apply to your order.
